5 Smudgeproof Eyeliners.

Sometimes it's really hard to wear a perfectly winged eyeliner. It's not just the fact that it's hard to apply and needs years of practise. Unfortunately we apply eyeliner on the part of our eyelid that is constantly in danger of smudging. I have really oily eyelids and my right eye is constantly watering so I've been a bit unlucky with all of the eyeliners that just don't stay put. Thankfully I never gave up and for now I've found a couple of superheros that will help you out of this nasty situation.
